YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to:

Provide accurate fleet information

Maintain current operating authorities

Follow compliance guidelines

Complete required documentation

Maintain communication protocols

Pay agreed service fees

You receive:

24/7 Emergency Response Team access

Weekly strategy sessions

Premium Position Platform access

Fleet Innovation Network membership

Quarterly growth planning

CONFIDENTIALITY

We protect:

Fleet information

Operating data

Premium history

Carrier relationships

Growth strategies

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate with:

30-day written notice

Completion of current obligations

Return of confidential information

Final fee settlement

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are not liable for:

Carrier decisions

Market conditions

Third-party actions

Force majeure events
